Keystart is an initiative of the Government of Western Australia, owned by the Department of Housing, set up to assist West Australians into affordable housing.
Keystart offers lending options which range from shared ownership to low deposit schemes all of which are aimed at helping you get into a home of your own.
Keystart has entered into partnership with The Country Housing Authority (CHA) to provide a comprehensive home loan service to the people of country Western Australia. This financial year CHA and Keystart will provide home loans totalling in excess of $275 million to people in the country.
Your loan and loan arrangements with Keystart will remain unchanged.
